PolyMarket is one of the shadiest companies to exist. I did a Follow the Money on them, and it became a month long deep dive because of just how much I found. This is part two of my Follow the Money on PolyMarket. If you haven't seen part one, go check it out. I created a play-playlist so that you guys could see it pretty easily. Let's get into it. In August of 2025, PolyMarket asked the federal government for permission to make its bets harder to trace, meaning they could enable someone illegally making bets using insider information, and they It without being detected. Twelve days after they asked that, the fund, I think it's seventeen eighty nine, owned by Donald Trump junior, they invested in Polymarket heavily, and Trump junior joined their board. Within three months, two of the officials who had raised their hand about this were gone. In this spring, seven billion dollars in perfectly timed bets showed up around the Iran War and nobody has been named. So I want to walk you through this, because this is crazy. I made a graphic for us so you can follow along. August 14th, 2025, three weeks after Polymarket secures/purchases this license, which we'll get into in the next video, 'cause that's insane in itself, I'm just trying to pull some more strings on this actual company. Anyway, three weeks after it purchased its license to operate in America, 'cause that's what it did, it goes to the regulators and says, "Oh, hey, can we get this, can we It wants bets to be able to run through licensed brokers instead of direct. That's the restriction that it asked it to remove. That sounds boring, but it's not boring. When you bet on Polymarket, your crypto wallet is on a public blockchain and your name is associated with that crypto wallet, and Polymarket could have it. Run that same bet through a broker, and there's a layer between the company and your information, and that's what they want. It gives them more customers, sure, and that's the reason that they're saying they're using it, but what it really does is allow people who are doing insider trading to do it and not be detected. Twelve days after that request, Trump Jr. invests in Polymarket, and he becomes part of the advisory board for Polymarket. In November 2025, we all remember, the government was in shutdown. That's how I started this channel. That is when I started this channel. We're in the middle of a shutdown, and they called the regulators, the officials Back into the office to work this specific request. And at that meeting, two officials raised their hand and asked about PolyMarkets' anti-fraud protections because they had found weaknesses in them, and they wanted to know how strong they were. One of those officials was the acting head of market oversight, and the other was deputy director for compliance who had held that job for ten years. These aren't political appointees, they are career government civilians whose sole job is to ask. These questions that they asked before a market gets approval, and according to the New York Times, a senior counsel to the acting chair of this agency at the time of the examination sat in on it, which was a departure from any of the normal practices they ever had for something like this. And then on November twenty-fourth, that request is approved. Go forth and insider trade away, we wouldn't expect anything less from this administration, right? The same week that this is approved, those officials who spoke up in that meeting were put on leave. None of them were told what they had done wrong, by the way. And the senior counsel who sat in on that meeting, well, they became the general counsel of the crypto exchange just a few months later in March. And the acting chair left for a crypto company as well. I'm just saying the timing is really weird. And I want you to keep this in mind because springtime's coming where we're gonna talk about the seven billion dollars in, in insider trades that were made, and that's why this is important. The Chicago office is the office that investigates futures markets where this seven billion dollars ran through. So the people who bet on this oil, the decisions of the Iran War, they would be the ones who would investigate insider trading. Well, they had twenty attorneys, they looked into- Things like this. You wanna know how many they have now? Zero. They have nobody left. The Trump administration got rid of all of them except one, and that one person left. And on their way out, they said, "If I were gonna do something right now, I would start a crypto scam because there's nobody here to figure out what you're doing wrong." I'm not telling you to do that though, so don't come for me. Sixteen days after the lawyers in Chicago all walked out, so they didn't have anybody enforcing this, that's when the first wave of these suspicious bets were made. Then it kept going. march twenty third, two point two billion dollars of crude oil was sold within two minutes, fifteen minutes before Trump announced that he was delaying the strikes on Iran. april seventh, two point one billion dollars, one minute. One minute before he announces the ceasefire. April 21st, $830 million was made within fifteen minutes of Trump extending the ceasefire. Reporting puts this whole thing about seven billion dollars of perfectly timed trades. Nobody's gonna get in trouble because nobody's there to investigate it. And they gave Polymarket the "A OK" to allow this. See why the timing of this is so weird? They could find these people, though. Crypto is traceable. Tracing a crypto wallet is four steps. Every trade in a crypto transaction is already public. You can go on the blockchain right now and trace them. If you follow the money back to the first deposit, it typically comes from an exchange, like a Coinbase. That exchange is required by law to hold your ID, your government name, everything about you. And if somebody with a subpoena asks for it, well, they have to give it to them. So you can trace crypto, it's actually pretty easy. So the fact that nobody has been arrested for these billions of dollars of trades, that should tell you everything you need to know about who was involved. Because they could easily find it. I don't care if they're zero lawyers, that's a lot of money, and they just want us to forget about it. So here's how we got from one to the other. Welcome to part one of my Polymarket follow the money investigation. I will be posting one to two videos about this a day to get the information out. When I tell you this is deep, I'm telling you it's deep. So let's get into it. Why did I even start on this in the first place? Well, on July 2, Whitney Webb posted that she had done an investigative article on Polymarket and where it came from, which I'm gonna give you a little bit of background to in a second. And Nikita Barber, who was the head of product of X until last week when he got basically demoted, he responded underneath her article saying that thinking like this is a form of mental illness. And considering that X is for journalists and creators and free thinking, I thought this was very strange. Why would the head of product be so passionate to write something like this? No no counter facts, no argument, just you have a mental illness for thinking this way. So for my own edification, I was like, I just want to see who they invest in. Do they have any ties to X? And what I thought was going to be just a little, oh, this is cool, turned into a one month long follow the money, which I'm giving you guys today. Well, starting today. So I want to give you the background of how it was built because this is going to be important for my Follow the Money and moving forward and why I think that the surveillance state and polymarket are going to be tied together. I recommend you going and reading Whitney Webb's article on this. I will never do it justice. In 2003, inside of DARPA, was an office called the Information Awareness Office. Its business was mass data collection. And it ran the program that Congress eventually defunded as surveillance overreach. The man in charge was John Poindexter, Reagan's former national security advisor convicted on five counts over Iran Contra. Those convictions were later thrown out because his own testimony to Congress had tainted the witnesses in his own trial. Inside of that office, they were building the policy analysis market. Traders would forecast political instability, military activity, economic conditions across eight countries in The Middle East. Trading was supposed to open 10/01/2003, and by January it was supposed to have 10,000 traders. But on 07/28/2003, Senators Ron Wyden and Byron Dorgan, well they hold a press conference. And they are not okay with this. They say it's a form of betting on terrorism and making things happen in the world that wouldn't happen. They're messing with the matrix. The next day the Pentagon killed it and Poindexter resigned in August. But the important part is that the government did not decide that prediction markets were a bad idea. The government decided that prediction markets were a bad look. From 2010 to 2015, the intel community ran a forecasting market out of IARPA, which is the intel arm of DARPA. It's the research arm for the spy agencies, basically. Ordinary members of the public using Google beat out members of this group using classified information and intelligence by 30%. Yeah. There was also an internal prediction market where thousands of analysts traded on geopolitical events and that just ended in 2020. So the capability that was built in 2003 never actually went away. It just ran on the inner circles of the Intel community where the public couldn't see it. Which brings us to Polymarket. It's the same concept except out in the open with real money. Bet on wars, elections, interest rates, if Zelensky's gonna wear a suit, what words Trump's gonna say out loud, whether The US invades Iran. Contract costs between 1¢ and 99¢ and that determines the price. So if it's 60¢, well that means that it's a 60% chance that it's likely going to happen. Biggest market right now on polymarket is who the Democrats are going to elect for 2028 and there's billions running through that. And America said no to this one too at first. January 2022, the government shut it down. Dollars 1,400,000 penalty and it had to wind down its markets that didn't comply, which included The US. It could not legally serve Americans. Then fast forward three years and November 2024, the FBI raids the CEO's Manhattan apartment, takes his phone. Never arrested, was never charged, and he said that it was political retribution from the previous administration. Then everything was reversed when the Trump administration took over in 2025. In May the CFTC drops its court case against election betting and just walks away from the case. In July the DOJ and the CFTC both just quietly closed their investigations. Nothing to see here. Six days later, a small licensed exchange in Boca Raton, Florida gets approved for their license. And then twelve days later, Polymarket buys it for $112,000,000 and it came with the federal license that they were not allowed to have. Okay, nothing to see here. Then in November the CFTC says, okay, we're gonna amend this so that if you have a broker's license, you can serve these accounts. And in December, Americans start trading again on Polymarket. And the company goes from $1,000,000,000 in June to $9,000,000,000 today. So now let's follow the money. That's your background, you're caught up. Why does that matter for the future? Well, because when I looked at the investors, was like, oh my God. We have Peter Thiel's Founders Fund. Yep. He's one of the major investors. He led the round in 2024 and then he led it again in 2025. He's also one of the major investors in FLOC and the surveillance state as well as AI and the data for our government. So betting and owning on the prediction market for events that happen in our world, well, that just didn't strike me as, okay. Donald Trump Jr. Is another large investor. He also is on the board and invests in Kalshi, the competitor. So he's on the board of both competitors. In October, the Intercontinental Exchange, which is New York Stock Exchange's parent company, they commit up to $2,000,000,000 to Polymarket. The man who runs it is Jeffrey Spretcher. Sorry if I butchered the last name. But his wife, well her name is Kelly Loeffer and she is in the administration. She is the head of the Small Business Administration in the Trump cabinet. They also gave $5,000,000 to Trump's Super PAC in June. In that same month, Trump media launched its own prediction market on Truth Social. The same month that the New York Stock Exchange's parent's CEO gives Trump's PAC $5,000,000 Wait till I tell you what they're doing with this data in part two. I want to end really quickly on Howard Lutnick because in 2001 Cantor Fitzgerald bought the Hollywood Stock Exchange, planning to turn it into a regulated market on future events. Then September 11 happened and well we know what happened with Cantor Fitzgerald. 2010 they get a license to run this market. Congress killed that one too. The guy who did all of that for Cantor Fitzgerald, Howard Lutnick's company, he then joined Polymarket in 2024 and Howard Lutnick became Secretary of Commerce. Cantor Fitzgerald doesn't own a piece of Polymarket. They are involved, in my opinion. In March, Polymarket announced that it was building its surveillance system with Peter Thiel, Palantir. Speaker 0: Let's talk about the taser company that bought a police state and how I think it's worse than flock and somehow flying under our radar. If you haven't seen my video on flock, go check it out. It's in my pinned videos because we still have an issue with FLAC. So we're not giving up on that one. But today we need to talk about Axon. Axon actually started in 1993 as TASER, the literal TASERs that we all know. Their friends work in a road range incident and they wanted something that wasn't a gun to fight back. That's how taser came about. And they sold just tasers until 2017. So what? Twenty four years? Then in 2017, they changed their name to Axon and they started buying a bunch of stuff, including body cameras, including the cloud that stored everything for police like evidence.com. And that's when a weapons company turned into a software company that lives now within police departments. So what is it now? I've done deep dives on FLoC and I've talked about Axon, but they're in 18,000 police departments and they have roughly 85% of the body cam market. And in the last three years, which is a little alarming, they went on a shopping spree and not to Hermes guys. They bought the real time crime centers that watch every camera in the city. They bought a drone company. They bought two nine one one companies including Carbine. Carbine was founded by Ehud Barak who was the former PM of Blue White Country, E's best friend. I've done a whole thing. The other founder of Toka, they bought that for $625,000,000 It also has the AI that writes police reports and what it does is wipe what was written by AI versus what was written by the police officer after, so you don't know which is which. And now they have their sights on cameras. So one company now owns the chain from the time you dial 911 to the evidence that is given in court for the criminal. So let's talk about how it's different than FLOC and why I think it's scarier. FLOC is an add on. The police departments buy it, put it on light poles, and it tracks your license plate. And actually Axon was one of the first investors in FLOC and it just separated from them to do their own thing. But here's the difference, if you don't like FLOC, you cut the contract, the cameras come down, the bolts on the cameras come off, it's done. A lot of cities are doing it right now because we are successful in our get rid of flock. In fact, 80 plus towns have already done this. But Axon, that's not an add on. Axon is already its own system in police departments. These crime centers don't just use Axon cameras. They vacuum up every feed from every camera in the city. Public, private, your Ring cameras. The same Ring cameras who said they weren't going to work with FLoC because it's an invasion of privacy. Axon does. Axon even uses FLoC cameras. They're allowed to do that all in one computer screen. So you can't just vote this out. It's not just voting Axon out. It's it's ingrained in these police departments. That was my first red flag. Axon also has cameras that are being integrated now into street lights that cannot be taken down. Their new cameras called light posts get built directly into the streetlights and they can be installed in under an hour. The permit fight nothing sticking up for the citizens that don't want it. And they did it under our noses. But it gets worse because the company has a record. Reuters came out and said that it has been determined that over a thousand deaths have been caused by tasers. And Axon has a history of suing medical examiners for saying the cause of death was a taser. They even built their own AI ethics board and then got rid of it after they tried to capitalize off of Uvalde using drones to protect schools. And the AI board was like, no, don't do that. They did it anyway and then got rid of the AI board. And I told you about the AI that writes these police reports, so you don't know if what the policeman said or saw versus what the AI claims that it saw. But some prosecutors are already refusing to accept that, thank God. But here's the big one. In 2019, Axon promised that it would not push facial recognition onto body cameras. But in December 2025, that was out the door and they started testing it. So what they can do is on these body cameras and other cameras, use facial recognition and put you against a watch list. Not a big deal if you're not on a watch list, right? Except who knows why you would be on a watch list one day. It could be for nothing. It could be for speaking out against something, like Axon. So here's where it's going, in my opinion. It reads your car. It puts up cameras that you can't take down. It's merging its feed into every screen in police departments. Two fifty plus cities already. It's got AI writing the official story of what happened, and we know how reliable AI is. And it currently has the capability and it's expanding it to fly drones to a 09:11 call. So they have a drone capability, they have facial recognition capability, they're in every police department to see all the cameras around. Oh, and this company started as a taser, which is a weapon. Nothing to see here, right? So put that together and you get a real time AI run facial recognition, drone patrolled surveillance grid, owned by one private company sitting inside 18,000 police departments already. And all those towns that we're kicking flock out of, they're turning around and buying Axon. Denver already did it. Douglas County, Colorado already did it. $22,000,000 is what Douglas County, Colorado spent and they flew in a drone fleet too. Y'all are screwed. Trump invested in it right before it won a $220,000,000 contract. Its original investors were not the Peter Thiel, Founders Fund, the Horowitz AZ16. It was funded by friends and family, and then they went public. And now everyone owns a piece of them, BlackRock, you, me and our four zero one ks, everyone. So what do we do? Well, same as before, except we need to aim higher. At the city council meetings that I am telling people to go show up to, we can't just mention FLOC. We have to mention Axon as well. They have to know that we know about this capability. You can go to EFF Atlas of Surveillance and you can see where these cameras are at. This is only going to work if we stop paying attention and fighting it. So we need to be loud. So you have counter drone systems that we're going to merge. You have missile defense and air defense that will be merged. You have artificial intelligence. You have quantum technology. You have autonomous systems, directed energy weapons. advanced sensors, cybersecurity and electronic warfare, and biotechnology and medical defense. Those last two are pretty interesting, I think. But the mechanisms in which they will do this are even more concerning to me. You will not convince me that their integration with our systems will not have some sort of, oh, I don't know, bug in it, Trojan horse, because our Pentagon, the DIA, has come out and said, oh, hey, they're our number one counterespionage. They're spying on Americans. They are spying on our government. but we're gonna allow them to integrate in with our system and think that they're not going to have a Trojan horse. Get out, get out. In addition to merging all of that, it will be almost impossible to undo because it stands up its own office inside of the Department of War. And that office will be a joint office and it will have its own budget and its own director. So you have Netanyahu sitting here saying, oh, we don't need military aid anymore. Meanwhile, our congressmen are like, give him aid. He's saying that because this standalone office that he has said he came up with this idea, by the way, and has pushed it on America. So this standalone office will have its own budget. You will lose track of how much money we are actually spending on giving to Israel. As it just becomes Department of War money that is harder to trace because all they have to do is say it's a special program. And I put money on it that that's what they'll do. We'll carve out just enough so that they can say, here's how much this office is spending, and then they'll put the rest in some sort of special access program or a classified budget, which we don't see as normal Americans. But Netanyahu said it was his plan. It was his plan all along. If this happens, this is one of the single most detrimental things to our country that has happened ever. We have had revolutions over less. Okay, so what happens if the House passes it today? Well, one, every single person that votes yes, I will make sure that we understand who they are and who pays for them. And our job will be to vote them out in November because this vote today will put every member on record. All right, so if it passes in the House today, that's step one. Next, it will go to the Senate and they have their own version of the NDAA and similar provision is numbered 1217. It's not 219 in the Senate's version. The Senate Armed Services Committee handled this in a closed door markup session in June. And the Senate bill has been stalled. So that's important to note. He wasn't even on my radar until a week or two ago when I saw a clip of his podcast where he was talking about the day that Charlie Kirk was assassinated. And he was telling how he was in California at breakfast or lunch with someone. And his security team was on the phone with Charlie Kirk's security team while they were on the way to the hospital. And I was like, that's weird. I didn't think you guys were friends. But your security team's like, hey bro, what's up? While you're trying to keep him alive, allegedly. But my spidey senses went off because of how he said it. And there were just a few tells in there, quite a few tells. And I was like, let me just follow the money on him, see how he came about, who his donors are. I don't know much about him and see if there's anything. Oh man. This deep dive is on my sub stack. You can go check it out. That link is in my bio. It has all the receipts, the proof, the links, everything. If you look at powerful networks like the mob or the cartel or anything, they have similarities as far as their playbook goes, as far as how they're built and how they keep people in line and how they handle money. The execution looks slightly different, but the playbooks are very similar. And when I was following the money on Ben Shapiro, I started to notice some similarities with this network and the blueprint. And so I'm not only gonna do a follow the money with you with Ben Shapiro now, I'm gonna show you how what I found aligns to, these blueprints of these other organizations. I'm not calling anyone a criminal in this. I am showing you a structure and what my findings align to that structure. I also would never harm myself, so just know that. So here's how a network like that works. One, they're going to make you. They're going to find their talent. They're going to fund, invest in their talent, and then that talent owes them. You see it in Hollywood even. Then, two, they're going to own you at that point, and they're gonna keep their hand in your life or your career. And they're going to make sure that you don't step out of bounds. Three, they're going to enforce that code. And if you step out of bounds or go against the organization, the family, whatever it is, they're gonna punish you. And four, they're gonna deal with the money. They're gonna wash the money. Everything coming in and out of that organization is going to look very clean. So they're gonna make you, they're gonna own you, they're gonna enforce you, and they're gonna wash their money. That right there, we're about to line up with Ben Shapiro and the network around him that is really looking a lot like these playbooks. Ben Shapiro did not build himself. I know that's surprising to some of you, but he didn't. A pro blue and white country billionaire named Robert Shillman built Ben Shapiro. Does that name sound familiar? It will in a minute. He funded Ben Shapiro's very first platform. And Shillman doesn't hide what his money is meant to do. In fact, at a gala, on camera, he is recorded saying, with this pen and checkbook, I provide ammunition. The reason that name sounded familiar to me was because he was the donor that allegedly said was going to take $2 million away from Charlie Kirk two days before he was assassinated. That is who funded Ben Shapiro. But then, The Daily Wire, his show now, that was funded by the Wilkes brothers, these Texas fracking billionaires, to the tune of $4.7 million for the seed money. I'm sure much more since then. And Wilkes Brothers stood out to me because I've studied Rob McCoy and the Wilkes Brothers also made Rob McCoy, you know, Charlie Kirk's pastor, the co-founder of TPSA Faith. He married Charlie Kirk and Erica Kirk, Mikey McCoy's dad. One of the people who, in my opinion, has gained the most since Charlie Kirk's assassination. Well, he met one of the Wilkes Brothers, I forget which one, they're brothers, on a trip to the blue and white country and The Wilkes brothers made him, they funded him, they funded his political career, his mega church. So you've got the Wilkes brothers and Rob McCoy, and you've got Shillman and Charlie Kirk, and both of them fund Ben Shapiro. And they don't just fund him, they made him. So Ben Shapiro owes them everything. The Wilkes brothers, well, their lawyer sits on Ben Shapiro's Daily Wire board. And then we get to step three, the enforcer. And that is what I started to think Ben Shapiro actually was to this network. Think about it. Tucker Carlson speaks out against what the blue and white country is doing. Ben Shapiro comes for him. Candace Owens, same thing. Ben Shapiro comes for him. J.D. Vance, same thing. A few days ago on Joe Rogan talking about how the E-files were mishandled and how E was an asset to both Mossad and CIA. Within 48 hours, Ben Shapiro is saying he's crazy. That's enforcer behavior. Charlie Kirk steps out of line. Ben Shapiro happens to go on his show thanks to Andrew Colvette. That looks to me like enforcer behavior. Move four, my favorite move to study, watch the money. Cartels and mobs, they like to use front companies and cutouts so that you never know who gets paid and it's just really hard to trace the money. This network uses something totally legal when you line it up to that blueprint, it's called a donor advised fund. Shillman, Robert Shillman routes tens of millions of dollars through a donor advised fund. And what that does is he gives them tens of millions of dollars. They keep it. The donor advises them on how they want it spent, but it looks like it's coming from this donor advised fund. So if they hadn't opened their big mouths or we hadn't found about the 2 million, we wouldn't have known. And that's why I think he might be part of a network, head of a network, one of the heads. Just because of what he does with his money and how he does it. Because if you've learned anything from watching my channel, it is that individually, everything's fine. But when you put it together, that is where you start to paint a picture. It's like a puzzle. So in no filing would you know that Robert Shillman gave money to TPUSA. Rich people like this, they don't make mistakes. Everything's intentional. The other interesting finding to me about Ben Shapiro when I was doing his follow the money is that he is just as invested in the blue and white country. That's what led me to this because there were so many people saying that Brad Parscale didn't touch the White House, but I found a $66,000 contract for Nucleus, which Brad Parscale owns, linked to this Freedom 250. It's a small little charity. Think park benches and signs and Save the Buffalo. And over the past 16 years, they have received a total of $8 million in federal grants. Well, in fiscal year 2026, they got $80 million in federal grants. And suddenly, a sleepy little park charity is moving money like a fire hose. This is always a red flag for an auditor or a fraud examiner. So the question was simple. I was like, what happened? I really need to stop asking questions. Well, here's what happened. Trump started his own birthday group, as one would actually expect from him. It's called Freedom 250. PragerU is like a line to a TPUSA, their education, but really they're just blue and white country propaganda. That's what their nonprofit does. And the CEO is former blue and white country IDF 8200, which is the surveillance side, our NSA equivalent. They create all of the surveillance spy tools that are currently being used on us and within our government. Every federal grant has a form with questions. So what if I told you that they don't need your license plates anymore because you guys were coming up with brilliant ideas, right? Change out your license plates. Well, they got you because now they just need you as a person. You've gotten us hooked on technology. We have Bluetooth in our phones. We have fitness watches. We have headphones. They've got us hooked like crackheads. Well, there's a camera now that tracks all of that, that tracks your AirPods, that tracks your phone, that tracks your watch. All built by a foreign weapons company. I want to talk about Leonardo. Leonardo is Flock's rival that, well, they want you to think that until you follow the money. And then you see, well, they're not really rivals. It's all connected. Leonardo is a massive Italian defense contractor, about 30% owned by the Italian government. It's basically a foreign state arms company. And they sell surveillance to your local police department, the same police departments that are buying flock cameras and Nova. Their product is called SignalTrace. And here's how SignalTrace works. Every device that you carry has its unique ID from your headphones to your phone, to your smartwatch, to the keys in your car. All it does is need an RFID and so many things that we have right now, the internet of things, which is convenient, but also convenient to hack, to trace. What signal trace does is collect all of that on the side of the road. So you drive by these cameras and signal trace is like, oh, not only is this person in the car, but this other person is the passenger. They're riding together at this time. I know that because I track their headphones or their phones. It literally creates a digital fingerprint of you as a person. And you don't need to be in a car. Signal trace, you can put it in the Metro, you can put it in parks. Just walk on by and boom, it knows everything about you. And they want you to think they're rivals. But the thing is, when you look at it and you look at the intersection of their investors and you look at the intersection of who's using it and for what, it starts to get real scary because we have police departments who are purchasing these and now they have access to the flock cameras. They have access to Nova that tracks you as a person and everything about you. And now they can get your Bluetooth. So it goes even deeper. The cop that's looking at it, doesn't see two rivals. It sees one very cohesive system. And I'm only telling us this not to scare us, but to say, look, this is the direction they're heading. And it alarms me that the messaging is their rivals. They're not telling us the full picture and they're implementing it right under our noses when we still have time to stop it. So we're going to stop it. The numbers of kids killed narrative that is being used isn't the answer either, because again, it's not accurate and the truth of corruption inside USAID is bigger and is lost in the performative political narrative. I analyzed the 600 biggest USAID contracts: - 1 company, Chemonics, held 25% of USAID's contract value - The top 5 firms held 56% of USAID's contract value - ~30% of the money went to firms that have faced federal fraud settlements - A USAID contracting officer just pleaded guilty in a $550 MILLION bribery scheme. Bribes laundered through a shell-company subcontractor. Four guilty pleas. This is documented, in DOJ filings. He just changed the name of his company and kept competing and winning contracts - In Ukraine, USAID spending went from $0.25B/yr to $16.4B at peak. Of ~$36.5B, $22.9B was CASH wired to a foreign government through a World Bank fund, with oversight outsourced to a contractor. And 89% of the itemized awards name NO recipient. You literally cannot see who got the money. - The agency's own watchdog admits it can't even list all its sub-grantees. You can't screen who you can't see.... Here's the part both sides miss: The answer was never "burn it down overnight" OR "never question it." It was a scalpel approach. What I would recommend for a real DOGE assessment: 1. AUDIT it: Open the books. Look at every masked recipient, every sub-grant, public. 2. PROSECUTE the fraud: The $550M scheme should be the start, not the end and that company and leadership should be banned from bidding on contracts again 3. END the no-bid concentration: Break the Beltway oligopoly that has existed for decades 4. KEEP what works. HIV drugs, TB, food, disaster relief. That is what USAID exists to do. DOGE used a light switch where they needed to use a dial, because, now the fraud investigations are frozen as well and our politicians are using incorrect data points to fight one another while the real problem still exists.

They've already set up the scariest surveillance apparatus that I've ever seen, and it's being deployed, and I don't think enough people know about it to stop it. But we can stop it. I went to follow the money on flock cameras because I had been hearing about them, and I wanted to learn more about them and see what was going on. So as I do, I follow the money. If you're new here, I spent 20 years in intelligence. I now follow the money, uncover fraud, corruption in nonprofits, corporations, politicians, people trying to screw Americans. You can find my deep dives on Substack and it's free to subscribe. All right, so Flock are the actual cameras. They're not the game cameras. Like I actually thought the ones that monitor birds, the name of the company is called Flock Cameras. It was born, I think like 2018, three Georgia Tech students, One of them was a victim of a crime, and he found out that, hey, license plates are pretty much the linchpin in catching a criminal. And then Flock was born. And it's in like 5,000 towns, and there's over 80,000 cameras now across the United States. And it's meant to catch crime. However, however... Since the past like two years, they've started to add accessories to their flock cameras. And those accessories aren't like bracelets. Think of them as more electric dog collars. And they take an innocent capability to catch criminals, and they start turning it into something that gets pretty nefarious pretty quick. And that's what I found in My Father Money. So let's go through the different parts of it. Your flock cameras are your cameras that are attached to light poles, pretty much. and they trace license plates, but they've gotten an AI capability since, and they can also tell just by dents on your car or scratches or bumper stickers, which by the way, you'll never have bumper stickers on your car, please, just personal security things, but they'll trace the car via that now, not just license plates. Okay, great, you're gonna catch the criminals, great. Well, then Flock was like, well, I'm gonna buy a drone company, And now what happens is it can hear someone scream or a camera says you need to deploy, there's a crime, and it automatically deploys a drone that can surveil the car or whatever it's chasing 2,000 feet up in the air. Well, now let's talk about its other dog collar apparatus called Nova. Nova is an accessory that goes onto the flock cameras, but it tracks you as a person. It turns your license plate into everything about you. So you're driving along and the flock camera that has this Nova apparatus on it, well, all of a sudden, it's like not only does this car and this license plate belong to this person, but this person is married to this person and has these kids and lives in this place and here's their phone number. Everything about you, your pattern of life, everything. An investigation just like a year or two ago found that Nova didn't just pull from open source or legal data sets. It pulled from the dark web as well, which includes your social security number, your bank information, you know, your email that was leaked. Oh, your password that was leaked. So now they have all of that and can do whatever they want technically. And you're like, oh, they would never do that. Well, a cop in Texas was found searching flock database for had an abortion, woman. And when he didn't like the results, when it turned 1800 results, he's excited to expand it into different states where abortions were legal, by the way. So now he has access to all the flock cameras. That should scare the out of you, but it gets better. As I do, when I follow the money, I start to put together a puzzle, right? It's an analytical puzzle. It's how is everything connected? And when I started looking at these surveillance companies and I was like, well, flock's getting a little weird. Who's their investor? Because it's starting to look nefarious. Well, their investor, Andreas Horowitz, one of the first investors, the biggest investors in flock cameras. Well, I've heard that name before because I've done a lot of research on Ehud Barak, you know, JE's best friend who lived in his place. Ehud Barak was also the prime minister of the blue and white country and probably the most decorated military intelligence person that they've ever had. Well, he created three companies and I recognized Andre Horowitz because he invested in TOCA, If you want to go back and look at my videos on TOCA, you can. It's very scary. But TOCA is the company that Ehud Brock had that he helped sell to our intelligence agencies that can go into any live camera and alter the footage in real time or pass. It doesn't matter. It can take things away. It can create fake footage, whatever. It doesn't matter. And leave no forensic evidence. Andreas Horowitz, well, he was an investor in TOCA. Ehud Barak also is the co-founder of Carbine that has since been sold, but it's the 911 system that when you call 911, it can get into your microphone, it can get into your camera, it can know your exact location. Well, they've also sold this technology to the cars that are about to spy on us. That's this. I'm gonna show you how all this connects. Because if you think about it, we have a surveillance system that already exists run by corporations, okay? Like where's the privacy? getting all of our data, knowing everything about us, connected to a company through an investor, the biggest investor, that can alter any footage they want, and then you've got a drone involved, you could technically make someone a criminal. And here's how they all connect. All of the companies, you have Andre Horowitz up there, and you also have Peter Thiel. Peter Thiel's Founders Fund, well, they also invested in Flock. and Carbine. So we've got Carbine, Toka, all connected to Flock through large investors. Okay, nothing to see here though, folks. I'll put this graphic on my sub stack for you guys. April 26, 2026 the US Treasury said they were cracking down on tax exempt non profits, specifically those that "hide fraud, abuse, and extremist activity behind complicated nonprofit arrangements,” and said every tax-exempt organization should be able to show “who controls the money and where it goes.” Let's talk fraud. Wire fraud is lying to get money, using a wire. Mail fraud is lying to get money, using mail services (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc). That’s it. The legal name is 18 U.S.C. § 1343. Each email, each letter can be an instance of fraud, so ten misleading fundraising emails can be ten counts of wire fraud. How a charity commits it: A charity commits fraud when it raises or moves money on a false premise. The two classic versions: (1) Telling donors one thing and doing another, ie you solicit money “to educate students,” then route it somewhere else. (2) Self-dealing dressed up as charity, ie you move the money to companies and people connected to the insiders, and label it a “program expense” or a “vendor payment.” Intent is what separates aggressive bookkeeping from fraud. But both are exactly what investigators like myself look for. Typically, red flags are identified, then Investigators would go in and pull the bank records, transfers, etc. and that's how it's proven. Now let's look at some red flags I identified in TPUSA's filings that could flag an investigator to seek further documentation. This is not proof of a crime, this is a roadmap of where I'd recommend investigating if Treasury ever decided to. - Red Flag #1: TPUSA raises over $85 million a year in tax-deductible donations to “educate students.” But based on my forensic examination of their 990s, only 63 cents out of every $100 reaches an actual student as a grant (and that's being generous). What they did is tag roughly $57 million as "grants" for their mission, but that $57M actually got parked in the organization’s own endowment, a savings account that’s grown to ~$70 million. (I have done a deep dive on this endowment and it's shady behavior if you want to go look a few posts back) ~$62.6 million, 95% of all their grants, went to entities the same people control. TPUSA Merch and Resolute Media profit off the TPUSA name while not appearing on none of its books. - Red Flag #4: No independent audit on an $85 million organization in 2024, and for years before that, the "independent auditor" was in a reciprocal business relationship with the co-founder, not very independent if you ask me. The control that’s supposed to catch all of this wasn’t there. Those are just a few. So, now let's look at the charges an investigation would actually test. These are the specific federal and tax exposures a prosecutor or the IRS would line this conduct up against: (1) Wire fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343). If donations were solicited over email/online on a false premise, or money was moved by wire as part of a scheme to deceive, each communication is a potential count. (2) Mail fraud (§ 1341). The same idea for direct-mail fundraising. (3) Conspiracy (§ 1349). If more than one person agreed to run the scheme. - Filing false tax returns (26 U.S.C. § 7206). A Form 990 signed under penalty of perjury that misstates how money was spent, or hides who controls it, is its own offense. - Money laundering (§§ 1956–1957). Speaker 0: days before Charlie Kirk was assassinated, he asked for a doge-like assessment into TPUSA's financials and operations. The minute I heard that, as somebody who works with CEOs and boards, he thought that something was up. Typically, they'll call me in. Where is the money going? Well, I consider forensics like this and fraud examination a puzzle. Normal people do puzzles. This is my puzzle. So I spent the last few months looking at their financials. Funny, a few weeks ago, the IRS came and said, Hey, we're going to start looking into nonprofits. Yeah, we want to look into nonprofits who are trying to hide fraud or abuse or extremism under the guise of these complex structures that we've seen. We also want to make sure that we know who controls the money, that that's transparent, where it's coming from and where it's going. Well, I'm about to hand them this investigation on the silver platter, so we'll see if they're going to put their money where their mouth is. In addition, they're accepting whistleblower tips on fraud, so buckle up. Typically nowadays you see wire fraud because we do everything electronically. Wire fraud is the act of lying about getting money via email or tax, bank transfers, wire transfers, whatever that looks like. So it's so prevalent because we do everything online now. But there's also mail fraud and that is where you're doing the same thing. via the US Mail or FedEx or UPS. This is important because every instance, every email, every letter that is sent out that is found to have committed this fraud, which we're gonna get into, well, that's one count. So for an organization like TPUSA, if they actually were found guilty of something like this, well, that's a lot of counts. This is on my Substack. And if you want the source document, as well as how I came up with the numbers and trace them, That source document I put in my link tree. So if you go in there, I'll have a source document file and it'll say TPUSA fraud source document. It's free. That way you can start to learn how to look for stuff like this. So a charity typically commits fraud in two ways. One is that their mission, what they tell their donors they're spending their money on, isn't actually where their money goes. If you're saying that your money is going to educate students and your money is actually going elsewhere, well, that's a sign. The second way is self-dealing dressed up as a charity. You'll see this a lot with like what's happening in Minnesota. They're getting money for their charity, but actually they're spending it on themselves or other LLCs and they're funneling money to employees or other entities. Vendor payments are a big way that they do this. All right, let's just go through some of the big red flags for TPUSA. Here's a little graphic I did for you. I don't want to focus on all of this because it's just not relevant to this conversation. I want to focus on this very bottom number. That's 63 cents. So this was the analysis I did based on their 990s. Every $100 that you donate, here's what it's doing for them. And with most of the letters that I've seen going out, it's, hey, we need you to open chapters. This goes to the students. Well, 63 cents on every $100 ends up going back to the students. We'll go into it in a different TikTok, but that top number, those are also fundraising events and you have to pay for them. It is a self-licking ice cream cone. 63 cents of $100, not of $1, 100 goes back to the students. Well, that's red flag one because what they did was in their 990s, they listed charitable contributions and program expenses, which is how they're judged of if, hey, are you doing what you say you're going to do? as transfers of money to their endowment. This big red part right here, $57 million is how much they transferred to their own endowment. So yeah, they consider this part of the mission, which is why when you look at their 990s, it looks like they're spending a normal amount going towards their programs, but they're not. And if you go to my source document that's in my link tree, you can see how I came up with the 63 cents. Second red flag, I'm going to do a whole thing on America's Turning Point, this Shell 501c3, in my opinion. But specifically for the fraud piece, this transaction right here to Clock Tower, $999,000. Just slightly under the million dollar threshold that will use flags. That's an indicator. Clock Tower LLC is alone just a very strange entity that somebody should look into, but I've got a whole list of those. It formed in 2019, right before it turned and received this payment for $999,000 for a research project, okay? A research project that nobody saw. So it has no listed officers. Nobody knows who owned it. It had no employees, no website, nothing. And then it dissolved a year and a half after it got this payment. You should be able to show a research project for a million dollars from a nonprofit, period. So if anyone at Turning Point has this research project or knows what it was for, feel free to send it to me and I will retract my statement and be on my way. But huge red flag for fraud because this looks like what happened was it was just a pass through. And this is the key is that a 501c3 gets tax exempt money means it's subsidized by the government and us. And so you can't just money launder. The third red flag, and I've done videos on this and I've done a huge deep dive investigation. Feel free to go look at it on my sub stack. It's the fact that they have over $20 million going to vendors that are LLCs or like entities with turning point. And this is one of the huge red flags for fraud. For instance, Stacey Sheridan stood up an LLC, got money, dissolved it, stood up another one, got money, dissolved it. Three different vendors. And the way that I found it was through one common address of hers the amount that they spend on printing and digital products for education is another red flag in itself but some of those people had worked for turning point at one point their vendors most of them worked for turning point or have ties to turning point and they get millions to do in addition on their 2024 990 They had 62 vendors that made over $100,000 that they didn't have to report because you only have to report your top five. That is a red flag. That is what a subpoena could pull. That is what Discovery would pull if they ever sued anybody. And the last one is they said that they were audited. And in 2024, TPUSA was not audited. You could see it in 12A. That's where it's at, 12A. Were these financial statements independently audited? The answer is no. What are you trying to hide? And I've done a whole video on the auditing of this because for many years, the co-founder, Bill Montgomery, well, the auditors were his personal financial advisors and he got paid for bringing in business. So if you wanna tell me that's an independent audit, you need to check yourself. I know this was a long one, but it's a lot of information and it's so important. I have the full deep dive coming. I'm obviously going to work with Treasury to get this in, see if they're going to put their money where their mouth is. I've done the legwork for you. You just need to go find some documents. I also spent my career in intelligence and know damn well what we're capable of doing. Now, what happened here was obvious fed slop, which is what I'm going to walk you through as well. But anyway, let's look at the correlated events around this, and then you guys tell me what you think. All right, Stu Peters was one of the first people to vocalize this exploding microphone theory, and ever since he was talking about it, I was like, that's really interesting. Let me go dig into my rabbit holes, right, my areas of expertise, and see what I can find. I did a video on this a few months ago, but I have found a lot of information since, and that's what I want to talk about today. First up, we have the Acura Energetic Systems contract. This is one of the biggest red flags. So Acura Energetic Systems makes explosives, and they have a lot of government contracts. not abnormal. What caught my attention was the procurement period. The procurement period was for May 1st through August of 2025. So what is that? Like an eight month procurement period ending right before Charlie Kirk's assassination. So this contract is signed on April 22nd and That is one month after Steven Feinberg got into office. He also owned Cerberus that has CIA agents working for him and all these people in Intel. They also own DynCorp and special ops units on how to detonate tiny explosives. The other thing that caught my eye about this contract was that it was an SAP, a simplified acquisition procedure, basically intended to streamline the procurement process in the government, which is very lengthy. And if you want it done really fast and it's this much money, 440,000, some odd change, You have to go through this process. The strange things about it as well, there was one bidder. And in the federal business opportunities slot, it's labeled as not applicable, meaning it was never posted on SAM.gov, which is where contracts are posted, even SAPs. That's strange. The other thing about this one specifically is if you look above, it was for extra small, tiny explosives. Well, I went back and looked at every single procurement that we have done in the history of procurements that you can capture online, which goes back over decades. Never have we ever procured anything like this. Happened to be just this one time. Buckle up for this ride, guys. So that contract happens, somebody, the Department of Navy is the one who made the contract, they receive their tiny little explosive devices that no one's ever procured before in this crazy simplified acquisition procedure with one bidder never put on sam.gov. But then Accurate Energetic Systems, exactly one month after Charlie Kirk is assassinated, well, it blows up. The specific building, because there were a few buildings, quite a few buildings around, the specific building that made this blew up. They were operating 24 hours a day. They had three shifts, working eight hours a day. Third shift had just gotten off around 7 in the morning, and the first shift was taking over, and it happened around 7.47 a.m. You can go to this website, the CSB, and get this investigative report. There's the whole report about what happened. So Acura Energetic Systems blows up the building one month after Charlie Kirk is assassinated. They had been in business since I think like 2008. Apparently it started in the ground level. It's two levels. And then obviously there were like 23,000 tons of explosives that detonated and it could have been felt from like miles away. They said it was like an earthquake. All 16 people that were in that building at the time died. And then there were multiple people outside of the building or in other buildings that got severely injured. Another interesting note is that in this building, they make PETN. And I know some people have talked about PETN. I have been sent photos of how this could work with explosives in the microphone from some sources. And yeah, it's gnarly material. And what do you know? They have it in this building. So Acura Energetic Systems creates these extra small explosives. And then a month, literally one month later, happens to explode. And an investigation was opened. First on the scene, ATF and FBI and OSHA. I'll do a podcast on this, but I don't want this video to get too long. And I'll also post this on my sub stack in long form, readable with all the receipts. So here's some weird things about this explosion and how it was handled and what happened after with procurements. The Humphreys County Sheriff, the county in which this happened in Tennessee, said on day one, it would take them a very long time to rule out nefarious play, criminal activity. which I think is interesting because within two weeks, the ATF said that it was an accident. What? The same ATF that works under the FBI. I'm just saying these are correlated events, all right? So the sheriff says it's going to take a long time to rule out nefarious activity, which means I think he's got red flags going off. Then two weeks later, the ATF's like, oh, no, no, it happened because some mixtures got messed up on the ground floor and then, oops, sparked something and then, ah, pounds of explosives detonated and, oh, the building that made these... extra small, really strange palms, well, doesn't exist anymore. Literally leveled. Nothing to see here, folks. And then just like a month and a half ago, in April of 2026, OSHA closed its investigation. It found 56 violations. But accurate energetic systems had had violations for decades. No one seemed to care. They had no sprinkler system. They had tons of violations. And our government's just like, oh, no, we're just going to keep ordering from you. But whatever. That's for another day. And the press, well, we never heard anything about it after that day. That story was like, get under that rug, go. The other things that make me really believe that this was someone in the government is because they had 16 deaths. They found 56 OSHA violations and they have all these wrongful death lawsuits against them. Technically, they should not be allowed to bid on federal contracts right now. Sam.gov, nothing. In fact, they got their biggest contract ever just a few weeks after Charlie Kirk's assassination. And then in January 2026, their biggest one, $377 million. They never had one that big. I'm not saying that they were paid off or that this was given as a we owed you, but that sure as hell what it looks like. They should have been debarred or suspended, nothing. Not only were they not, but they got their biggest contract ever. And that is the other huge red flag for me. There were some other strange procurements I was looking at too specifically. One, not AES, there were totally different procurements. One was for an aerial surveillance in Arizona from the FBI. And the other was from the FBI for truck beds from an automotive shop, just 30 minutes from UVU. So I need to look into those more. It's based on the procurement alone, and then what happened to this plant, and then what should have happened after it exploded, if it was truly an explosion, and then what did happen. They got their largest contract. It was basically closed in two weeks. They were like, nothing to see here. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I'm not buying it for a second. So I think someone in the Department of War ordered the contract, and then some nefarious characters, I won't name names, and the FBI, ATF, whatever it was, We're part of this cover-up. There was a senator, I think it was Raskin, Jamie Raskin, who had talked about Kash Patel having slush funds for his executive advisors, basically other agents. And they were getting like $8,000 every two weeks. But I'd be really interested to see the timing of these payments. So I'm not going to give up on that one. Anyway, there you have it. Stay tuned.

We have big updates today. Let's go. Number one, Trump signed the MOU in person in Versailles yesterday, two days early. Live signing was supposed to be in Geneva, so apparently JD Vance was the one that digitally signed it. Trump did not sign it at all. This was his live signature. They were going to go to Geneva. JD Vance, the US still wants him to go for this live signing. Iran's like, no, it's done. We all signed it. We don't need to go to Geneva. Interestingly enough, Netanyahu yesterday posted that he was meeting with his head of Mossad and everyone in the comments was like, is this a threat? Who are you assassinating next? Trump signs the MOU in person. And part of me wonders if he was just concerned for going and doing it live, being a sitting duck, the blue and white country would ruin it, find a way to ruin it. Like they do everything else. Just something that made me think. Number two, the 14-point MOU was released. So I want to go through some of the points and talk about what it actually entailed. I want to go through some of the points that are in here that I found important that I haven't seen or heard about at all. First one, the U.S. will work with regional allies to develop this $300 billion reconstruction fund. Trump said so many times that that's not true. That's not true. The lead document's fake. That's not true. But it is. It's just like, ah. Whatever, again, I have stated if our tax dollars aren't going to it at this point, I don't have the energy to be mad about it. But I am going to make sure to follow the money on this one because I want to make sure they aren't sneaking it into some special contracts that they can then funnel it over on. So I got us. Second one that you're not hearing a lot about is that it says to $100 billion in frozen assets will be released to Iran. And Vance says, said numerous times, that's not true, that's false. Trump said numerous times, money's not exchanging hands. We thought it was 24 billion with 12 billion up front, and then another 12 later, and it's up to $100 billion of their frozen assets released. I wanna park here for a second because this alone tells me, I've talked to you about how we didn't have leverage. This is the only way out. We had to pay them. Here's the thing, when you're doing war games or strategy, I've done it with the government. I do it with corporations as well. You're looking at, hey, what does my opponent or what does my competitor have that, what are their strengths and weaknesses? What are mine? If I do this, what could be their counteractions to it? So for instance, if we go into Iran, what could be their counteractions? But this savings account, when I dug, and they tried to hide this, they tried to hide this, it owns real estate, specifically 4930 East Beverly Road. That's Turning Point Action's address too. The arrogance of the puppets in TPUSA is astounding. So, welcome to my series where I expose every single one of their shady entities. Let’s start with my favorite one, the entity that may hold the financial map to a timeline into the cracks of the org before CK’s assassination, Turning Point Endowment. A little background for you: An endowment fund exists to help an organization when it has a bad year to ensure grants can still go out and the mission can be executed, but in 2023 TPUSA lost 41% of its assets. Interestingly enough, the endowment only sent $500k and instead locked $9M into private equity that nobody will name. This is what caused me to investigate the endowment and…well, get ready. Link in bio) → The vault secretly owns TPUSA’s own headquarters building and is the landlord to its political arm at roughly $51K/yr on $8M of property. Charity money subsidizing partisan politics is the one thing the tax code flatly forbids. They made this one a little difficult to figure out, but unfortunately for them, I’m very good at what I do. → The board expanded from 3 to 5 people just six months before Kirk’s death, (March 2025) with names the IRS has still never seen, in a transaction that wouldn’t surface in any public filing until 2027 if I hadn’t figured it out through other filings. → TPUSA claimed moving donor money into its own savings account as a “charitable accomplishment,” on their reports. This is the same category as the campus tours. But, that one entry actually just hid $11M of surplus from people who donate to these corrupt grifters. → It’s not an endowment. It’s 100% board-designated, and 0% legally restricted. Three people can spend all $70M tomorrow on anything they can call the mission. “Endowment” is the marketing word for tax purposes, but in reality it’s a war chest with no oversight. → The endowment ran real estate and private equity for years, then quietly rewrote the charter to allow it two years after the fact. This is another huge red flag and the charter was the cleanup.
